2. Inquire and confirm the available dates, and leave the following information:

- Number of participants:
- Number of days and duration of class:
- Expected learning content:
- Current riding level (brief description):

3. After receiving the date confirmation, pay the class fee (full payment required).

4. Once we receive payment, we will send a registration confirmation message, indicating successful registration.


Rescheduling and Cancellation Terms


1. Rescheduling
- Rescheduling is free if done 2 days or more before the start date;
- Rescheduling within 2 days (inclusive) of the start date will incur a 50% deposit charge.

2. Cancellation
- Cancellation will incur a 50% deposit charge.


Terms and condition


1. The fee only includes the course fee and does not include any other expenses such as ski passes, accommodation, and transportation.
2. Please book at least one day in advance. For example, if you have a class tomorrow, please book before 6 PM tonight. Bookings made on the day of class are invalid.
3. All course content is based on class hours. If you wish to attend consecutive classes, please contact us for course suggestions. We will then tailor the course content to your needs to ensure continuity and may offer certain discounts.
4. The course schedule will not be changed unless there are special circumstances. If modifications are needed due to emergencies or special reasons, participants will be notified immediately.
5. If you are unable to attend a class due to special reasons or force majeure, please communicate with us in advance for confirmation. We will handle the matter accordingly and may waive the penalty.
6. Declaration and Indemnity
Participants should make sure they are physically fit for the Event, and are fully aware that the Event requires physical exertion, and understand the risks involved in taking part in the Event. It is the sole responsibility of a participant to ensure that he/ she is physically fit to participate in and complete the Event without any medical or other assistance. All participants are at their own risks and are responsible for their own safety. All participants must understand that the event will not be held responsible for any personal injury or death arising from any event or cause. The Organiser suggests all participants should monitor their own physical conditions or seek medical advice to ensure they are fit and capable of participating in the Event. Such a decision is not to be contested by the participant concerned.
